My mission for this week is one I am super excited about, yet unsure of my ability to accomplish. I plan to visit a local working farm, one that has livestock and crops. I am not sure which one yet, and I need to see if one offers tours. I am nervous about being able to finish this in a week, but after thinking again about Food, Inc., I really want to see a local farm in action. Ahhh, wish me luck. :) We'll see!
